Personalized training and development plan ### **Treasury Specialist** #### **Role** Daily Treasury: * Supervise and control daily inflows and outflows through the daily treasury position * Ensure reliability of funding flows and adherence to repayment deadlines * Guarantee that working capital and capital requirements are met and ensure daily cash management * Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and positions * Ensure optimization of treasury processes Financial Risk Management: * Identify, mitigate, and safeguard against financial risks associated with operations in collaboration with Group Treasury * Actively participate in fraud detection and prevention processes Treasury Systems and Processes: * Maintain a system of policies and procedures ensuring an adequate level of control over treasury activities, guaranteeing compliance with internal control procedures * Participate in the implementation of local and group projects Financial Reporting: * Participate in monthly and annual closing processes: validate and justify account balances (bank accounts, financing accounts, interest accounts), declare financing positions and their maturities, perform intercompany balance reconciliations, reconcile financial results * Analyze and drive the financial performance of your area of responsibility and propose actions to optimize it #### **Profile** * 2\-3 years of experience in Treasury * Understanding of treasury management systems * Autonomy and results orientation * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High level of integrity and attention to detail * Teamwork capability and interest in automation and digitalization * Knowledge of treasury, risk management, IFRS, and local GAAP #### **We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic, informal, and cooperative team * Opportunity to participate in challenging projects with international exposure * Fixed \+ variable remuneration \+ Decathlon purchase discounts * Permanent employment contract (indefinite term), health insurance, and life insurance * Employee Assistance Program (\+ Well-being) * Cross-functional projects extending beyond day-to-day responsibilities * Regular follow-up and constructive feedback * Personalized training and development plan * Employee stock ownership program, opportunity to become a company shareholder
