Leadership ability, team motivation, and priority management FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting a Store/Boutique Manager (M/F) for the specialized retail food sector in Porto, on behalf of its end client. **Responsibilities** \- Receive, advise, and retain customers through personalized and specialized service; \- Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and B2B clients (restaurants, hotels, and businesses); \- Organize tastings, gift baskets, and other in-store promotional activities; \- Manage stock, goods receipt, inventories, and supplier orders; \- Handle cash register operations, payments, and daily closing procedures; \- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, as well as proper product display and organization; \- Coordinate, supervise, and motivate the team, promoting their professional development; \- Manage social media content and identify business development opportunities; \- Report to management relevant information regarding sales, market trends, competition, and customer feedback. **Requirements** \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in consultative sales within the premium food sector, gourmet grocery, or store management (mandatory); \- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales software (e.g., POS, Lightspeed, or equivalent); \- Knowledge of French food products (cheeses, charcuterie, gourmet groceries, and wines); \- Familiarity with HACCP standards and experience in stock management; \- Fluent Portuguese (minimum C1 level); \- Fluent French (minimum B2 level); \- Strong commercial orientation and focus on excellence in customer service; \- High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organizational ability; \- Leadership ability, team motivation, and priority management; \- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and adaptability; \- Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis. **Offer** \- Permanent contract directly with the company; \- Workplace location: Porto; \- 40-hour weekly schedule, aligned with store hours, including rotating weekends; \- Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; \- Performance-based bonus and other benefits currently in effect at the company; \- Integration into a premium, distinctive project, including training prior to store opening.
