Senior HR Technician
Luxury Aesthetics Group \| Vila Nova de Gaia
Luxury Aesthetics Group is a growing business group active in healthcare, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, hair transplantation, dentistry, wellness, and other sectors. We are looking to hire a Senior HR Technician to assume responsibility for organizing and operationally managing the HR department.
We seek an experienced professional who is highly organized, autonomous, process-oriented, and capable of ensuring rigorous personnel management and full compliance with administrative and labor-related requirements.
Main Responsibilities
\* Full administrative HR management;
\* Drafting, reviewing, and organizing employment contracts and labor documentation;
\* Managing hiring, contract terminations, and probationary periods;
\* Monitoring vacations, absences, sick leaves, working hours, and attendance;
\* Preparing and validating information required for payroll processing;
\* Coordination with accounting, legal advisory services, occupational health, and other external partners;
\* Maintaining up-to-date individual employee files;
\* Developing and implementing internal HR procedures and policies;
\* Managing and monitoring disciplinary processes in coordination with legal advisory services;
\* Supporting Management in decision-making related to people and organizational matters;
\* Implementing performance evaluation systems;
\* Tracking HR metrics, absenteeism, turnover, and productivity;
\* Managing and monitoring onboarding and offboarding processes;
\* Supporting recruitment and selection as needed;
\* Ensuring compliance with statutory and administrative labor obligations;
\* Organizing and controlling training documentation, occupational health records, insurance documents, and other regulatory requirements;
\* Preparing periodic HR reports and dashboards for Management;
\* Supporting the development of the Group's organizational structure.
Required Profile
\* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent field;
\* Minimum preferred experience of 5 years in generalist HR roles;
\* Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation;
\* Experience in administrative HR management;
\* Strong organizational, control, and planning capabilities;
\* High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
\* Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively;
\* Practical, executive, and problem-solving oriented profile;
\* Strong communication skills with Management, supervisors, and employees;
\* Proficiency in Excel and digital HR management tools;
\* Experience in companies with 50 or more employees and/or in growing organizations is highly valued.
