Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible professional to manage road traffic control on the Vasco da Gama and 25 de Abril bridges, ensuring safety and traffic fluidity, coordinating roadside assistance patrols, and demonstrating stress management capability. The role involves managing road traffic on the Vasco da Gama and 25 de Abril bridges, aiming to ensure facility safety, traffic safety and fluidity conditions, and customer assistance within the Concession Areas. It includes coordinating the operational activities of roadside assistance patrols within the Concession. In performing this role, the employee operates computer systems (Microsoft Office) and other assistance software, as well as transmission/communication equipment. Compensation is aligned with the Company’s internal framework, based on responsibilities performed and merit- and tenure-based progression mechanisms. An attractive shift allowance is provided, depending on the specific rotating shift schedule to be defined, along with an appealing meal allowance. The role also includes an annual variable performance-based remuneration component. This position includes an initial training period during which specific training will be provided on bridge systems and all other functional execution requirements. Requirements: * Completion of 12th grade or equivalent; * Minimum experience operating computer systems (Microsoft Office), adaptability to new software, and preferably experience in transmissions—civilian/military communications or emergency/salvage entities; * Responsibility, dynamism, initiative, and ability to work in a team; * Ability to manage stressful situations; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with corresponding rotating days off; * Valid light vehicle driving license (Category B) and personal vehicle; * Conversational and written English proficiency to communicate with foreign tourists or drivers encountering difficulties on the road; * Prior proven experience in similar roles—e.g., comparable positions in other highway concessions, security operation centers, travel assistance call centers, military communications/transmission units, or security forces—is highly valued.
