Leadership, organizational, and priority management skills Job Offer – Maintenance Supervisor **Location:** Vila do Conde upK – Maintenance Management is recruiting a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join the on-site maintenance team of a client in Vila do Conde. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the on-site maintenance team; * Plan and monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Assign tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance plans; * Ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment; * Provide technical support to the team whenever necessary; * Identify intervention needs and implement improvement actions; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations; * Report on activities and maintain effective communication with the client. Required Profile * Proven experience coordinating maintenance teams; * Knowledge of building maintenance, particularly electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance; * Leadership, organizational, and priority management skills; * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity; * Good communication and problem-solving skills; * Availability for on-site work in Vila do Conde. Working Hours * Full-time * Day shift, to be defined according to operational requirements.
