Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality, Environment and OHS Management Systems Technician to strengthen our team, playing an active role in maintaining, improving, and developing Contisystems’ management systems. We are currently seeking to strengthen our team with a **Quality, Environment and OHS Management Systems Technician**, who will play an active role in maintaining, improving, and developing our management systems. **What You Will Do:** * Manage and oversee Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management Systems, ensuring their compliance and continuous improvement. * Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, as well as collaborate on external audits. * Monitor non-conformities, customer complaints, risks, and internal incidents, promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Investigate workplace accidents and environmental incidents, identifying root causes and preventive measures. * Develop and implement training and awareness initiatives in the areas of Quality, Environment, and OHS. * Support maintenance and inspection plans for safety equipment, coordinating with external entities. * Ensure liaison with the external entity responsible for OHS services. * Guarantee compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Draft, review, and control management system documentation (procedures, manuals, plans, and records). * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support their implementation. **What We Are Looking For:** * Higher education, technical-professional qualification, or equivalent in a relevant field. * Experience with certified management systems and active participation in audits. * Knowledge of and/or training on the standards **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**. * Knowledge of applicable legislation in the areas of Quality, Environment, and OHS. * Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Critical thinking and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Autonomous, proactive, and resilient profile. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Availability for on-site work. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a stable and growing company. * Participation in challenging and diverse projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Health insurance; * Exclusive employee benefits and partnerships. **If you seek a challenge where you can actively contribute to process excellence and to the organizational culture of quality, safety, and sustainability, send us your application.** Salary: €920.00 – €1,600.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/ticket * Free parking * Health insurance Work location: On-site
