They are responsible for ensuring smooth commercial processes, client qualification, and alignment among expectations, budget, and AQUI’s value proposition. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct the initial project diagnosis with the client (budget, timelines, complexity). * Assess project feasibility based on AQUI standards. * Schedule and accompany the technical survey with the Construction Manager. * Coordinate the material selection phase with the client in-store. * Prepare customized, detailed budget proposals. * Present the budget to the client, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and readiness for award. * Support the award process and handover of the project to the execution team. **Requirements:** * Availability to work shifts and weekends. * Experience in renovation, design, or construction sectors. * Commercial acumen and client management skills. * Knowledge of 3D design tools is a plus. * Spirit of excellence, high standards, and solution-oriented focus. **What We Offer:** * Integration into an expanding project with an innovative vision for the sector. * Career development plan. * Gross salary above market average. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Maximum meal allowance via Coverflex card. * Monthly variable pay based on store revenue. * Health insurance.
