You will join a leading organization in the healthcare sector, internationally recognized, assuming a key role in the clinical follow-up of patients receiving home-based respiratory therapies via telemonitoring and specialized clinical and technical support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring patients undergoing home-based respiratory therapies through continuous clinical telemonitoring.
- Analyzing clinical data from devices and identifying situations requiring intervention.
- Providing second-line technical and clinical support for troubleshooting related to ventilation.
- Conducting necessary communication for patient follow-up and therapy adherence optimization.
- Managing clinical and technical alerts received through monitoring systems.
- Performing triage, prioritization, and routing of alerts according to defined protocols.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure continuity and quality of care delivered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cardiopneumology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Clinical Physiology.
- Valid professional certification permitting practice in Portugal.
- Professional experience in healthcare, applying clinical knowledge to patient follow-up.
- Ability to analyze clinical information and make decisions in accordance with established procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with clarity and empathy when interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to manage multiple situations simultaneously, setting priorities based on clinical urgency.
- Knowledge of respiratory physiology is an advantage.
