Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE** Reporting to the **Research & Development Department**, the candidate will assume the following responsibilities: * Lead projects for developing and implementing new process technologies and new production processes. * Identify and assess innovation opportunities, monitoring market trends and technological advancements. * Define and oversee test, validation, and industrialization plans, ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements. * Analyze technical results and propose solutions that promote continuous optimization and improvement of products and processes. * Participate in defining innovation and technological development strategies, contributing to the Organization’s competitiveness and sustainable growth. * Promote knowledge dissemination regarding technologies, production processes, and their business impact on the Organization. * Serve as a technical reference for internal teams and external partners. **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the food industry. * Knowledge of food technology, engineering and design of industrial processes, and food safety; * Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and project management skills; * Dynamic, curious, innovation- and results-oriented profile with team spirit; * Interpersonal relationship skills, communication abilities, and flexibility.
