Main Responsibilities * Customer service and follow-up, ensuring quality service and close interaction; * Support in dispensing medications and health products, in compliance with current legislation; * Receiving, checking, and storing orders; * Organizing and restocking products; * Monitoring expiry dates and managing inventory; * Supporting the pharmacy team in daily pharmacy operations; * Ensuring adherence to good practices and internal procedures. Profile * Completed Pharmacy Assistant Technician course; * No professional experience required; * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public service; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Team spirit and interpersonal skills.
