Initial and ongoing training **Metalworker Assistant (M/F) – Tomar** We are currently recruiting a **Metalworker Assistant (M/F)** for a leading client company located in the **Tomar** area. Main Responsibilities * Assist metalworkers in manufacturing, assembling, and repairing metal structures; * Assist in cutting, drilling, deburring, and finishing metal components; * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for task execution; * Support the assembly of metal structures in the workshop and/or on-site; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations; * Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines. Requirements * Prior experience as a Metalworker Assistant or in similar roles (preferred); * Basic knowledge of metalworking and use of hand and power tools; * Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Immediate availability; * Residence in the Tomar area or nearby (preferred); * Personal transportation (preferred).
