The Almar Beach Club is currently recruiting a Dishwasher with immediate start to join our food & beverage project at Albarquel Beach. We are looking for a candidate with a strong sense of responsibility, agility, and the ability to maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in a high-volume environment. Your Responsibilities: * Washing and Sanitization: Ensure thorough washing, sanitization, and drying of all tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen and bar utensils, guaranteeing rapid restocking for service. * Dishwashing Area Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully functional dishwashing area throughout your shift. * Operational Support: Assist in collection, separation, and management of establishment waste and garbage. * Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of dishwashing machines and all other equipment in the section. * Food Safety: Strictly comply with current hygiene, cleaning, and food safety standards (HACCP) applicable to the premises. Candidate Profile: * Immediate Availability: Ability to commence duties immediately. * Flexible Working Hours: Full availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts, adapting to operational requirements. * Physical Stamina and Dynamism: Physical endurance, agility, and stress management capability during peak customer flow periods. * Proactive Attitude: Team-oriented mindset, willingness to support colleagues, reliability, and punctuality. * Experience: Prior experience as a dishwasher in food & beverage operations is valued, but attitude and motivation are prioritized above all. * Local Residence: Preference for candidates residing in the Setúbal area or with easy commuting access (Albarquel Beach).
