With over 40 years of experience in the domestic market, and following its integration into the Joris Ide Group, Alaço aims to strengthen its Maintenance team: **Sales – Ourém** (m/f) The selected candidate will assume the following main responsibilities: * Support in customer contact (answering phone calls; order registration); * Customer reception for payments, preparation of delivery notes and invoices; * Validation of documentation according to Portuguese Tax Authority regulations; * Procurement, distribution, and general control of the company store; * Other administrative tasks supporting the Sales team. **Profile:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or vocational training in one of the following fields: Administration, Management, Marketing; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Adaptability and versatility; * Residence in the Ourém area (preferred); **We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role. * Permanent employment contract.
