Responsibilities * Prepare the dining room and terrace before service (mise en place); * Greet and escort customers; * Present the menu and clarify simple questions; * Take and serve orders; * Serve food and beverages; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and the overall space; * Support the team during service; * Restock supplies and prepare the space for the next shift.
