Main Responsibilities: * Greet and accompany customers in a courteous and professional manner * Present the menu, clarify doubts, and advise on dish and beverage selection * Take orders and ensure their accurate transmission * Serve food and beverages with attention to detail * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and table setup as well as overall work area preparation * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service Requirements: * Prior experience in this role (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity * Neat appearance * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * English mandatory Conditions: * Stable and collaborative work environment * Compensation commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience Type of position: Part-time Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
