Job Description: As a waiter/waitress at our restaurant, your responsibility will be to provide an enjoyable experience for our customers, ensuring high-quality service. Your primary objective will be to ensure that customers feel welcome, well-served, and satisfied during their visit to the restaurant. You will work rotating shifts with two consecutive days off per week. Responsibilities: * Greet and receive customers courteously and professionally. * Seat customers at tables and provide menus. * Provide information about available dishes and beverages. * Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders. * Prepare and serve food, if required. * Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time. * Check customer satisfaction during the meal and resolve any issues or complaints. * Clean and prepare tables for the next customers. * Maintain a clean and tidy workplace. * Comply with food safety and hygiene procedures. Requirements: * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Flexible availability, including split shifts and weekend work. * Ability to remain calm and resolve problems efficiently. * Knowledge of and adherence to food hygiene and safety procedures.
