The position involves developing and maintaining database solutions, analyzing legacy implementations, creating CI/CD pipelines, preparing test plans, and providing Level 3 support. You will work with globally distributed teams and contribute to the modernization, stability, and quality of business\-critical applications. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze business and technical requirements. * Develop new solutions and maintain existing code according to established best practices. * Create and optimize T\-SQL queries and stored procedures in Sybase. * Analyze legacy implementations and propose modern, efficient solutions. * Develop Linux shell scripts for automation and operational activities. * Create, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines. * Perform development testing according to defined quality standards. * Write and execute technical and functional test plans. * Provide Level 3 application and production support. * Investigate incidents and troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Produce clear technical and functional documentation. * Collaborate with international teams across multiple locations. * Share technical knowledge, ideas, and best practices across the organization. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Professional experience with T\-SQL development. * Hands\-on experience with Sybase databases. * Strong ability to develop and maintain stored procedures. * Experience with Linux and shell scripting. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions. * Ability to develop, test, document, and support software solutions. * Experience analyzing and modernizing legacy implementations. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities. * Expert written and spoken English. * Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams. * Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. #### **Valued Skills** * Professional experience with Python. * Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects. * Experience providing Level 3 production support. * Experience writing and executing test plans. * Knowledge of database performance optimization. * Experience supporting applications within financial services or fund\-management environments. * Familiarity with release management and production deployment processes. * Experience working in complex international organizations. #### **Ideal Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate is a mid\-level developer or technical analyst with strong practical experience in T\-SQL, Sybase, and Linux shell scripting.
