Positive work environment and contact with nature Arboris \- Natural Engineering \& Green Spaces is seeking a SUPERVISOR \- GARDEN CONSTRUCTION for immediate hiring. **Responsibilities** Coordinate and lead a team of gardeners according to senior management guidelines Garden construction Irrigation system installation Operation of construction machinery (mini excavators, backhoe loaders, tractors, etc.) (preferred) **Profile** Proven experience in the field Team spirit, leadership, autonomy, and responsibility Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory) and heavy vehicles (preferred) COTS certification / Machinery operator certification (preferred) **Conditions** Salary above market average, commensurate with experience Job stability and professional growth Positive work environment and contact with nature Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Compensation: €1,200.00 \- €2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
