Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and cheerful store attendant to serve customers, prepare açaí, operate the cash register, clean, and restock inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Initial training on products and açaí preparation Store Attendant (Açaí) / Carcavelos – Part\-Time (30h) A dynamic and cheerful store attendant to join our team on a part\-time basis (30 hours per week). Main Responsibilities: Customer service: Greet customers with positive energy, explain the menu, and take orders. Preparation and assembly: Quickly prepare açaí bowls and cups, ensuring an appealing presentation and accurate topping control. Cash register operation: Register sales in the POS system and process payments (cash and card). Cleaning and organization: Keep the workstation, customer service area, and customer space consistently clean and hygienic. Inventory restocking: Ensure fruits, toppings, and packaging are always replenished for service. Requirements & Skills: Enjoyment of interacting with the public, friendliness, and strong teamwork spirit. Agility: Ability to work quickly, effectively, and systematically—especially during peak hours. Hygiene: Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards. Availability: Flexibility to work 30 hours per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Experience: Prior experience in cafés, ice cream parlors, or fast-casual dining is preferred (but not mandatory). What We Offer: Part\-time employment contract (30 hours/week). Base salary commensurate with the role and schedule \+ meal allowance. Integration into a young, relaxed, and growing team. Initial training on our products and açaí preparation.
