A Padaria Portuguesa is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to make a difference and play a key role in customer service and management of one of our stores.     What You Will Do: Support store operational management. Ensure implementation and promote correct execution of procedures and standards of excellence and quality (service, maintenance, equipment). Perform store and cash register opening and closing. Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations. Guarantee that the store is prepared in terms of product availability, staff readiness, and cleanliness. Handle customer complaints. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and plan orders.   What We Are Looking For: High school diploma (12th grade level). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Strong customer orientation. Ability to coordinate teams and process orientation.
