You will be responsible for supervising and executing preventive actions, identifying risks, and ensuring the proper functioning of security systems — always with a proactive and professional attitude. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE** · Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and facilities, guaranteeing smooth operational functioning; · Respond promptly to emergency situations, taking necessary measures to protect people and property; · Continuously monitor security systems, including fire alarm systems (EPS), electronic security systems (ESS), and CCTV; · Manage the hotel’s access control system, ensuring only authorized personnel circulate in designated areas; · Identify potential risks and act preventively to mitigate them; · Collaborate with other operational teams, including doormen and bellhops, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. **IMPORTANCE OF THE ROLE** This role is essential to guaranteeing peace of mind and trust for everyone entering Na Praia.
