We are seeking enthusiastic Russian\-speaking Support Consultants to represent a premier global social media platform. In this role, you will support a diverse global user base, helping to maintain a safe, functional, and highly cooperative online community.
### **Primary Responsibilities**
As a Support Consultant, you will ensure high\-quality service and uphold platform standards through the following tasks:
* **User Communication:** Respond to incoming chat and email messages from Russian\-speaking users regarding account recovery, privacy settings, and general features.
* **Technical Troubleshooting:** Investigate and resolve user\-interface glitches and technical bugs to improve the overall user experience.
* **Policy Enforcement:** Educate community members on platform guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a secure and welcoming digital space.
* **Performance Standards:** Provide fast, empathetic, and professional assistance to consistently meet team quality metrics.

#### **Requirements**
* **Language Skills:** Native or fluent proficiency in Russian, combined with upper\-intermediate English skills (B2 level) for corporate training and internal team communication.
* **Right to Work:** You must possess existing legal authorization to work in Portugal. Valid documentation includes a Portuguese Residence Permit (*Título de Residência*), an EU Passport, or official Refugee Status.
* **Work History:** Open to applicants from any professional background. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is welcome but not required.
* **Availability:** Flexible and willing to work rotating schedules in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
### **Compensation \& Working Hours**
* **Base Salary:** **€1,237 gross per month** (based on a standard 12\-month pay schedule).
* **Weekly Hours:** A full\-time schedule of 40 hours per week, distributed across 5 working days.
* **Daily Schedule:** 8 working hours per day, plus a 1\-hour lunch break.
* **Shift Times:** Rotational shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday, running from **07:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight)**.
