The Opportunity We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to assume full management of a unit, with direct responsibility for operational, commercial, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards for quality, service, and image; Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment; Plan staff schedules and shifts, ensuring appropriate team sizing relative to forecasted customer traffic; Monitor performance indicators (sales, operating costs, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective action plans; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP) and all applicable legislation; Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships, optimizing costs without compromising quality; Ensure proper use of management systems and POS, guaranteeing strict cash and operational control; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and customer experience; Recruit, onboard, and train new employees, contributing to team retention and growth. Desired Profile Proven professional experience in management roles (minimum 2 years, preferred), ideally in food service, retail, leisure, travel, or tourism sectors; Experience managing teams, with leadership, motivation, and autonomous decision-making capabilities; Solid knowledge of sales techniques, operational management, and results orientation; Strong customer focus and commitment to service quality; Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills, especially under pressure and during peak traffic periods; Proficiency with computer tools, POS systems, and operational management; HACCP knowledge is an advantage; Fluency in Portuguese and English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus); Higher education is not mandatory — degrees in Hospitality, Food Service, Tourism, or Management are valued; Valid driver’s license (preferred); Full availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods, as well as opening and closing shifts.
