MetalPro, a Portuguese leader in gold and precious metals purchasing, continues to grow and is seeking to strengthen its team of Responsible Receptionists at our Coimbra store, located near the market, to be part of this rapidly expanding success story. Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service * Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound) * Evaluating gold items and presenting purchase offers * Approaching customers during promotional activities * Managing customer appointments and daily store needs We are looking for candidates with: * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organized and proactive mindset * Experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred) * Experience in gold sales or purchasing (preferred) What we offer: * Employment contract * Competitive remuneration: Base salary \+ Meal allowance * Performance-based bonuses and incentives — salary progression and performance rewards.
