You will support the daily operations of the office, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient administrative tasks. Your Responsibilities - Answer telephone and in-person calls; - Receive and dispatch mail; - Perform general office administrative tasks; - Manage document filing; - Support other departments with administrative tasks. Requirements - Secondary education (12th grade); - SAP knowledge (preferred); - Experience in billing; - Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; - Strong communication skills; - Experience with computer systems; - Experience in customer-facing roles; - Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday. What We Offer - Base salary of €950; - Meal allowance of €8;
