You will support daily office operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering telephone and in-person inquiries; - Receiving and dispatching mail; - Performing general office administrative tasks; - Managing document archives; - Supporting other departments with administrative tasks. Requirements: - Secondary education (12th grade); - SAP knowledge (preferred); - Experience in billing; - Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; - Strong communication skills; - Experience with computer systems; - Customer-facing experience; - Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday. What we offer: - Base salary of €950; - Meal allowance of €8.
