Crivedi Studio, based in Trofa, is a garment production agency integrated within the Adalberto Group. We connect international fashion brands with a network of manufacturers and seek a professional who can transform technical drawings and design concepts into precise patterns and technical specifications, ensuring fit, comfort, and series production feasibility, in close coordination with other company departments.
**Main Responsibilities**
\_ Develop base patterns and production patterns (manually and/or using CAD — Lectra, Audaces) from technical specifications and design drawings.
\_ Prepare and review measurement charts, tolerances, and grading scales.
\_ Conduct prototype fittings and adjust patterns according to results (fitting).
\_ Grade sizes and validate measurement charts per product range.
\_ Support pilot samples and resolve fit, assembly, and construction issues with the manufacturing team.
\_ Collaborate with design, fabric procurement, and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to deadlines.
\_ Optimize fabric nesting and consumption in coordination with cutting operations.
\_ Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and pattern archives.
**Requirements**
Education in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience in industrial pattern making;
Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software (Lectra, Audaces).
Solid knowledge of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Practical understanding of shrinkage, elasticity, and specific cutting requirements for each raw material.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design sheets.
Precision, attention to detail, and strong organizational sense.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
