Operations Director \- A100 About A100 A100 is a rapidly growing brand in the foodservice sector, focused on operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction. We seek an Operations Director to lead and develop operations across our units, ensuring high performance standards and driving the company's sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise operations across all brand units. Ensure compliance with operational, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Develop strategies to increase store productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), implementing continuous improvement plans. Manage and develop Store Manager and Supervisor teams, promoting a culture of leadership, commitment, and results. Plan and oversee new store openings, ensuring efficient implementation of processes. Develop action plans to optimize costs, control waste, and enhance customer experience. Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Maintenance departments. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, HACCP standards, and other applicable legal requirements in the sector. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement new processes and procedures. Prepare performance reports and present results to senior management. Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality Management, Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations directorship roles, preferably in organized foodservice or retail. Proven experience managing multiple units. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent analytical ability and results orientation. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently between units. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
