We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to ensure vehicle, facility, and equipment maintenance, as well as to support daily logistical needs in Faro.

A Prévia is a company specialized in Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Medicine, and Training, providing services to companies across various sectors and sizes.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to ensure maintenance of our vehicles, facilities, and equipment, as well as to support daily logistical needs at our Faro premises.
Responsibilities:
* Fleet management and maintenance:
Conduct weekly vehicle condition inspections and identify and report any faults;
Ensure interior and exterior cleaning and washing of vehicles;
Monitor and ensure periodic inspections, servicing, and maintenance;
Dispatch vehicles to workshops and other specialized service providers when necessary;
Maintain up-to-date records of fleet interventions and maintenance requirements.
* Facility and equipment maintenance:
Ensure facility maintenance and upkeep;
Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks;
Identify intervention requirements and report situations requiring specialized assistance;
Contact and coordinate external maintenance service providers;
Support assembly, installation, and relocation of equipment and furniture within the facilities;
* Logistical and IT support:
Carry out necessary business-related travel, including trips to CTT (Portuguese postal service), suppliers, workshops, and other service providers;
Support receipt, transportation, and movement of materials and equipment;
Assist staff in resolving day-to-day IT issues;
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, telephones, and other equipment;
**Required Profile:**
Experience in maintenance, logistics, fleet management, or similar roles;
Computer literacy;
Knowledge of automotive mechanics;
Ability to identify faults and maintenance issues;
Strong planning and priority management skills;
Valid driver’s license (mandatory);

Part-time or full-time employment options available
Working hours: Between 09:00 and 18:00
Two days off per week
Compensation: €920.00 – €2,078.23 per month
Work location: On-site
