Job Posting – Operational Receptionist (Short-Term Rental) Holiday Lovers is a property management company specializing in short-term rentals. We provide comprehensive services in Soltroia and Comporta, serving both property owners and guests while maintaining high-quality standards. We are looking for: An Operational Receptionist to handle check-ins and check-outs, as well as coordinate cleaning teams. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of accommodations and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to resolve everyday technical issues. Key Responsibilities Guest Service In-person guest reception at accommodations (check-ins, check-outs, concierge support, and item delivery), ensuring an excellent experience; Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Operations and Coordination Conducting check-outs and inspecting property conditions; Coordinating cleaning teams and supervising quality standards; Collaborating with the front desk and other operational departments; Preparing equipment and linens for guest turnover days. Other Operational Tasks Restocking cleaning kits and organizing storage areas; Supporting the maintenance team during occasional on-site interventions; Delivering linens to properties. Required Profile Valid driver’s license (Category B) – mandatory; Education or experience in the tourism sector – preferred; Strong organizational skills and autonomy; Professional appearance and excellent communication skills; Practical mindset and proactive attitude.
