Execution of elementary support tasks essential to the functioning of agencies and services, possibly involving physical effort. With functional complexity level 1, duties include manual tasks related to: general and preventive forestry, fuel management in forested areas, using manual, motorized, mechanical, or controlled-burn techniques, among others; forest stand protection maintenance, within forest management and control of harmful biotic agents; maintenance and improvement of forest defense infrastructure and infrastructure supporting forest management; and simple public awareness activities regarding forest protection rules, especially concerning fire use, forest cleaning, and phytosanitary practices; surveillance, initial intervention in rural fires, support for firefighting operations and mop-up operations, and active post-mop-up surveillance, within civil protection; installation and maintenance of primary and secondary forest fire defense networks; rural fire suppression; recovery of burnt areas and emergency stabilization, and other specialized actions within forest management. Performance of executive functions of a manual or mechanical nature, guided by defined general instructions and possibly requiring physical effort. Includes execution of essential tasks for the normal operation of municipal services, particularly cleaning and maintenance of public spaces. Covers waste and residue removal, street sweeping and washing, cleaning of septic tanks, soakaways, gutters, and other urban areas, as well as vegetation and weed control along road shoulders, streets, and areas under parish jurisdiction. Also includes conservation and cleaning of municipal cemeteries, ensuring their proper condition and operation. The worker is responsible for the equipment used, ensuring its appropriate use, maintenance, and minor repairs whenever necessary. In the forestry domain, it comprises general and preventive forestry activities, forest fuel management, and stand maintenance, using manual, motorized, mechanical, or controlled-burn techniques. Also includes monitoring and control of harmful biotic agents, maintenance of forest defense infrastructure, and support for forest management. Additionally, it involves simple public awareness activities regarding forest protection, particularly on fire use, forest cleaning, and good phytosanitary practices.
