Role Description; The Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the property, ensuring excellence in wine tourism experiences, wine tastings, tourist accommodation, team management, supplier coordination, and internal processes. This role serves as the primary liaison between owners, guests, staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily property operations and ensure high service standards. • Ensure an exceptional guest experience from reservation through to check-out. • Coordinate teams, suppliers, and external partners. • Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. Wine Tourism and Customer Experience • Organize and supervise wine tastings, guided tours, and private events. • Create distinctive experiences for visitors. • Monitor reviews, feedback, and customer satisfaction. Accommodation and Villa Management • Manage the property’s three villas. • Coordinate reservations, check-in, stay monitoring, and check-out. • Ensure quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards for all units. People Management and Recruitment • Recruit, onboard, and train staff. • Conduct performance evaluations. • Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Inventory and Supplier Management Planning and Reporting Prepare operational reports and performance indicators. Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and business growth. Desired Profile • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operational management, hospitality, tourism, or short-term rental accommodation.
