Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a rigorous and organized Logistics Operator to ensure that the right materials arrive at the right construction site, at the right time — a role critical to technical operations.
Key Highlights:
1. Essential for the company's technical operations
2. Focus on rigor, organization, and responsibility
3. Opportunity for professional growth and development
***About Us***
SolarTécnica is a premium Portuguese solar energy company experiencing national growth. We work with families and businesses investing in energy efficiency solutions for savings, energy independence, and protection. We install solar panels, batteries, anti\-blackout systems, heat pumps, and integrated energy solutions — turnkey, with our own methodology, dedicated support, and proprietary technical standards. As an SME with annual revenue between €10–15 million, we are professionalizing all operational areas to scale sustainably and meet rising demand for our services. The position we are opening today is part of this plan: growing with the right people, clear processes, and a strong culture.
***Your Responsibilities***
**You will ensure the right materials reach the right construction site, at the right time. Without you, technical operations halt.**
**■** Receive, inspect, and store materials (panels, inverters, batteries, ATS, mounting structures), with strict project-based identification
**■** Prepare site-specific material pick lists aligned precisely with installation requirements, coordinated with Planning
**■** Maintain accurate real-time stock levels in the system, supported by cyclic counts and zero discrepancies between physical and digital inventory
**■** Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics involving suppliers, freight carriers, and technical teams
**■** Manage returns, warranties, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with full traceability
**■** Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
**■** Provide daily reports to the Logistics Manager: receipts, pick lists, stock shortages, and inventory alerts
***Who We’re Looking For***
We do not require identical prior experience in this sector — we will train you thoroughly. We do require:
**■** Obsessive rigor: if one component is missing from a kit, you stop the line — no improvisation
**■** Organization: ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing control
**■** Accountability for results: when errors occur, you take ownership and correct them — no excuses
**■** Physical capability: the role involves manual handling of materials (panels, batteries, boxes)
**■** Functional proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
**■** Valid Category B driver’s license (occasional site visits and weekly inter-warehouse transfers)
**Bonus (non-eliminatory):**
**■** Prior experience in technical materials logistics (energy, construction, automotive)
***Who This Role Is Not For***
To ensure transparency from the outset, this role is not suitable for:
**■** Individuals who downplay technical or operational details as unimportant
**■** Individuals who do not treat warehouse organization and safety as core responsibilities
**■** Individuals unwilling to collaborate flexibly with the team when operational needs arise
**■** Individuals who only deliver under constant supervision
Our culture is clear: we value responsibility, rigor, continuous learning, respect, and teamwork. We demand high performance because we also provide methodology, training, and genuine growth opportunities.
***What We Offer***
At SolarTécnica, high expectations go hand-in-hand with methodology, training, clear objectives, and real growth potential.

**■** Health insurance for employee and immediate family, effective after probationary period
**■** Access to psychotherapy and/or professional psychological support fully funded by the company (upon employee request)
**■** Performance bonuses: up to €350/month based on clear KPIs — zero site shortages, inventory accuracy ≥ 99%, pick list SLA compliance
**■** Employment contract: permanent, effective after probationary period
**■** Training: structured internal program covering technical products, SolarTécnica processes, and inventory management systems
**■** Real career progression:
