Working hours from Monday to Friday ARPI de Pinhal dos Frades seeks to hire an experienced Kitchen Assistant for immediate start: Responsibilities: Pre-preparation and preparation: Assist in selecting, washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, meat, and fish for subsequent cooking. Basic cooking: Assist chefs in preparing simple dishes, soups, and desserts. Hygiene and cleaning: Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, work surfaces, and equipment. Maintenance and organization: Ensure general cleanliness of the workplace and assist in storing food supplies in designated storage areas. Profile: Proven experience in this role; Enthusiasm for kitchen work and for working with elderly people; Knowledge of HACCP; Strong sense of attendance and punctuality; Immediate availability. Offer: Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Rotating weekly day off during the week, plus Saturday off every seven weeks, and Sunday always as a rest day.
