Conextivity comprises two core businesses: Fischer Connectors and Wearin’ Fischer Connectors, located in Aboadela – Amarante, **is looking for new talents to undertake a curricular or summer internship within the Project Management team.** **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** * Support industrialization and product/process transfer projects. * Develop dashboards and tools to facilitate project monitoring and tracking. * Optimize project management templates and reports. * Identify and monitor critical performance indicators (KPIs), bottlenecks, and key deliverables. * Support project teams in analyzing deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Conduct progress review meetings. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THIS INTERNSHIP?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and indicator visualization. * Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project planning and management tools. * Understanding of project management principles and schedule tracking. * Familiarity with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process optimization methodologies (preferred). * Ability to analyze data and define KPIs. * Strong communication skills. * Strategic and structured thinking. * Good interpersonal skills. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Experience at an international company. * Integration into a young and innovative team. * We provide lunch in our cafeteria. * Multiple local partnerships offering advantageous rates (gyms, clinics).
