Job Summary: A Vocational School is seeking a Hairdressing Trainer and Coordinator for its Professional Hairdressing Program, responsible for delivering training activities and supporting students. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct training activities and support students' learning journeys. 2. Collaborate in organizing Work-Based Learning programs. 3. Support the preparation of practical assessments and school events. The Vocational School aims to strengthen its team by integrating a Hairdressing Trainer and Coordinator \- Professional Hairdressing Program. **Main Responsibilities** · Deliver training activities focused on acquiring technical, professional, and interpersonal competencies. · Support students' learning journeys, promoting responsibility, autonomy, attendance, professional conduct, and readiness for the labor market. · Collaborate in organizing and supervising Work-Based Learning, coordinating with partner entities, mentors, students, and the pedagogical team. · Support the preparation of practical assessments, projects, technical demonstrations, student work exhibitions, school events, and initiatives promoting the training program. **Desired Profile** · Relevant technical and/or higher education qualification in Hairdressing. · Proven professional experience in Hairdressing, preferably in salon, academy, or vocational school settings. · Pedagogical Competency Certificate for Trainers; prior experience training youth or adults is advantageous. · Digital competencies from an end-user perspective, including educational platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and digital communication. **Applications** Interested candidates should submit their updated Curriculum Vitae, indicating in the subject line “Application for Hairdressing Trainer and Coordinator \- Professional Hairdressing Program”, to the email address parceirosdeformacao@gmail.com Work Location: On-site
