We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in a new restaurant project. Traditional Portuguese cuisine / snacks! We are looking for someone passionate about gastronomy who can work efficiently and creatively. We offer: • Working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM • Collaborative and dynamic work environment; • Salary (discussed during interview). Requirements: • Previous experience as a cook in restaurant settings; • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; • Knowledge of various culinary techniques and food safety; • Flexibility and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques; • Personal transportation (preferred). Responsibilities: • Prepare dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards (side dishes, appetizers, and snacks); • Ensure food quality and presentation; • Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness; • Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and provide input for necessary purchases.
