Job Summary: First-Class Skilled Worker to lead teams on turnkey construction projects, with expertise in masonry, concrete work, formwork, and external thermal insulation systems (ETICS). Key Highlights: 1. Lead team on turnkey construction projects 2. Knowledge of masonry and plastering execution 3. Knowledge of concrete structure and formwork execution A First-Class Skilled Worker is required to lead teams on turnkey construction projects. Responsibilities: * Knowledge of masonry execution, crack treatment, and plastering; * Knowledge of concrete structure erection and formwork; * Knowledge of external thermal insulation systems (ETICS) execution; Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction; * Familiarity with best practices in architectural construction works. * A valid driver's license is an advantage.
