This is an **IEFP Internship opportunity**, designed for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a professional and international business environment. Reporting to the Purchases Team Leader, you will support the day\-to\-day financial operations, gaining hands\-on experience in accounts payable, financial controls, and administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop practical finance skills, and work in an international business environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices are accurately processed. * Process payments through the company's ERP and banking platforms. * Organise and maintain both physical and digital accounting documentation. * Prepare and organise accounting documents for the external accounting team. * Assist in monitoring cash flow and maintaining internal financial control reports. * Support the Finance team with administrative and operational tasks as required. **What We're Looking For** * Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field. * Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365\. * Good communication English (written and spoken). **Tools You'll Work With** * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft 365 * NetSuite ERP * Banking platforms **What We Offer** * Hands\-on experience in an international technology company. * Continuous learning and mentoring from an experienced Finance team. * Exposure to financial operations and business processes. * A collaborative, supportive, and dynamic working environment. * Opportunity to develop technical and professional skills that will support your future career.
