Job Description and Responsibilities: This is a unique opportunity for a versatile bar professional ready to take the next step—assuming real responsibilities while refining their skills. We need someone with bartending and customer service experience to ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience. During service, you will ensure cocktails are prepared flawlessly, keeping pace with our head bartender. You are responsible for cocktail and food menus, crafting drinks using house ingredients with impeccable flavor, aroma, and presentation—while maintaining cost control. You stay current with industry trends and use them to innovate and surprise our customers with new and exciting creations. You manage inventory, minimize waste, and ensure the system operates smoothly. If you are motivated, creative, and ready to join a team of excellence, this could be your next step. Qualifications: Native Portuguese; fluent in English. Comfortable communicating exclusively in English and Portuguese during daily service. Formal education in hospitality and bartending, supported by verifiable credentials. Minimum of 6 months of experience preparing and creating cocktails. Strong customer service orientation.
