Founded over 35 years ago and with our headquarters in London, today we have more than 2,500 employees located across six continents serving our customers in more than 120 markets. **Role overview:** * You will be part of the Planet Refund Desk team at Lisbon Airport, supporting international tourists throughout the Tax Free refund process and ensuring a smooth, professional, and compliant customer experience. * You will guide tourists clearly through validation and refund steps, promote secure non\-cash refund options, and help maintain high standards of service, accuracy, cash handling, and desk etiquette during every shift. **What you will do** * Deliver a high standard of customer service, welcoming tourists professionally and supporting them throughout the refund journey. * Explain Tax Free refund procedures clearly, answer questions, and guide tourists on the correct next steps, including Customs validation when needed. **Who you are** * You have at least one year of experience in a customer\-facing role, ideally in airport operations, hospitality, retail, financial services, or a similar environment. * You are customer\-focused, professional, and able to communicate clearly with international tourists in an airport environment. * You are accurate, detail\-oriented, and comfortable following procedures and managing refund documentation. * You understand the importance of compliance, punctuality, shift adherence, and operational discipline in a front\-office role. * You are confident explaining processes to customers and can remain calm and professional when handling questions, queues, or difficult situations. * You are fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese, additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, or French are a strong advantage. **Why Planet:** Planet is an equal opportunity employer where diversity is valued, and all employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.
