Join our team!** We are a new boutique hotel in Aveiro where service quality, guest comfort, and attention to detail define our identity. We are recruiting a **housekeeping staff member** to join our team and contribute daily to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the hotel. We seek a responsible, dedicated, and meticulous individual who takes pride in doing excellent work and creating welcoming environments for our guests. Your typical day You will play an essential role in shaping our guests’ experience, ensuring all hotel spaces reflect the care and quality that distinguish us. **Key responsibilities:** * Cleaning, organizing, and preparing guest rooms; * Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas; * Full laundry handling: washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing; * Managing and monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and laundry items; * Ensuring compliance with the hotel’s defined hygiene and quality standards; * Supporting other operational tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with: * Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or laundry roles (preferred); * A strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; * Energy, proactivity, and a collaborative spirit; * Commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.
