In light of our continuous growth and expansion, we are looking for an **Electrical Engineer** to strengthen our Design Department. **Position:** Electrical Engineer **Location:** Porto **Main Responsibilities** * Develop electrical installation projects for residential, commercial, and service buildings; * Prepare electricity, ITED (Telecommunications Infrastructure for Buildings), and other applicable electro-technical specialty projects; * Size and specify technical solutions in accordance with current regulations; * Prepare drawings, descriptive reports, quantity schedules, and other technical project documentation; * Analyze and coordinate architectural and other specialty projects; * Identify and resolve technical incompatibilities, proposing appropriate solutions; * Ensure technical sign-off and responsibility for developed projects; * Provide technical support to construction teams whenever requested; * Coordinate with architects, engineers from other specialties, supervision entities, and external stakeholders; * Ensure compliance with legislation, technical standards, and applicable regulations. **We value expertise in** * Low-voltage electrical installation design; * ITED; * AutoCAD; * Microsoft Office; * Revit/BIM (preferred); * Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to electrical installations and telecommunications. **Candidate Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * **Active registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) or the Order of Technical Engineers (OET);** * **Legal capacity to sign specialty projects;** * **Certification as a Responsible Technician for Electrical Installations (or equivalent legally required qualification for this role);** * **ITED certification and mandatory periodic updates;** * Proven professional experience in electrical installation design for buildings; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; * Ability to read and coordinate project documentation; * Rigorous, organized profile with strong problem-solving orientation; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Category B driver’s license. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Meal allowance and other benefits; * Specialized and continuous training; * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Career development plan with opportunities for professional advancement. **Application** To apply, please send your CV to **recrutamento@vidor.pt** or submit your application via LinkedIn. **Join VIDÓR and participate in the development of landmark projects in civil construction** Salary: €2,000.00 – €2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Commercial discounts * Free parking * Course reimbursement Work location: On-site
