Job Description We are recruiting a Dining Room Manager with a passion for public service to join our young and dynamic team. Requirements: • Higher education degree in Hospitality/Catering (preferred); • Professional experience in the catering industry; • Experience in team coordination; • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese; • Commercial mindset; • Initiative, versatility, and organizational skills; • Teamwork orientation. Responsibilities: • Convey the Group's culture and values to the team; • Coordinate and energize the Front-of-House and Bar teams; • Organize the dining room effectively, ensuring adherence to defined service standards; • Ensure excellence in service and customer care; • Manage daily restaurant activities and operations, guaranteeing service quality; • Analyze constraints and define action plans; • Manage inventory and orders.
