Opportunity to occasionally take a leadership role **1st SEASON, 2026** We're looking for energetic hospitality students who'd like to learn and improve their skills within an international team pre\-opening a new boutique hotel and houses in a 130\-hectare estate. The roles would vary from reception and restaurant to housekeeping and kitchen; it aims to provide detailed insight and skills improvement in each department and as such requires a number of responsibilities, all aiming to create an outstanding experience for our guests. Must be fluent in English, with Portuguese or Spanish being a plus. Major tasks would include: * Greeting guests upon arrival * Tour guests around property (introducing establishment norms and schedules) * Mise\-en\-place \& service of meals during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. * Bar setup and service * Assist in product control and organization in back of the house area * Ensure the cleanliness and standards of decoration in the work space * Apply up\-selling techniques * Effectively handle customer concerns * Support housekeeping team * Ensure a good and happy environment of the establishment * Occasionally take a leadership role in the department (put in practice management skills) We aim for candidates with: * Excellent communication skills and confidence being around guests; * Sharp awareness and sensitivity to guest's needs and requests; * High\-service orientation and attention to detail; * Strong capacity to withstand stress and work in a fast\-paced work environment; * Great organizational and time\-management skills; * Ability to adapt and eagerness to improve; * Capacity to fit within a diverse team and help others; * Prior experience of at least 3 months in a hospitality position.
