A professional, organized, and dynamic work environment COUNTER SERVICE COLLABORATOR We are recruiting a Counter Service Collaborator to join a new premium grab & go sushi concept in the center of Lisbon. We seek a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service to join the team from the project’s opening phase. Main Responsibilities • Customer service and counter support • Product restocking and inventory management support • Ensuring quality, hygiene, and service standards • Store organization, brand image, and customer experience • Following and implementing operational procedures Candidate Profile • Experience in food service, take-away, cafés, retail store customer service, or food retail • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and punctuality • Excellent customer service skills • Practical, autonomous, and results-oriented profile • Availability to work rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications • Experience in grab & go, take-away, or food retail concepts (preferred) • Strong teamwork skills What We Offer • Integration into an innovative project from its initial phase • 40-hour weekly schedule with two days off • Initial training and continuous mentoring • A professional, organized, and dynamic work environment • Compensation commensurate with experience and performance Location: Central Lisbon Business Model: Premium grab & go / take-away sushi Start Date: September Please send us your CV.
