Your mission in the team: Ensure complete satisfaction of customers visiting the NOOD store by delivering excellent service and ensuring optimal operational performance. Comply with Food Quality and Safety procedures, as well as Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Act proactively to deliver outstanding service with humility and friendliness. Your daily tasks and responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service promptly and efficiently. Demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any inquiries, adhering to the established service model for your role. Remain resilient in stressful or conflict situations. Wear the required uniform properly while performing your duties. Know and comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, reporting any equipment anomalies or uniform supply needs to your immediate supervisor. Act flexibly, demonstrating dynamism and eagerness to learn and grow as a team member.
