Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are accurately completed and filed. Submit invoices using computer tools. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory quantities and requirements. Complete order forms for inventory and procurement purposes. Notify supervisor/manager promptly when stock levels are low. Inspect and track received inventory, and complete inventory worksheets and reports. Reconcile delivery invoices with receiving documents to verify correct quantities. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Reject damaged, non-conforming, or incorrect items. Resolve supplier delivery issues and oversee return procedures. Comply with applicable sanitary regulations and food-handling procedures in all food-related areas. Monitor and maintain adequate food inventory levels. Report accidents, injuries, and any unsafe working conditions to supervisor; attend required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Follow and implement all chain safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; attend required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
