Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Construction Management team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of real estate projects. Exposure to BIM, construction industrialization, and AI applied to the sector At JPAIVA, we develop our own real estate projects—from land acquisition through to client handover—integrating engineering, construction, investment, innovation, and technology. We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen our Construction Management team. Main Responsibilities: * Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction execution; * Management of in-house teams and subcontractors; * Control of costs, schedules, quality, and safety; * Coordination with design teams, inspection entities, and other stakeholders; * Planning and monitoring of material and equipment requirements; * Identification and resolution of technical constraints on site; * Preparation of progress reports and performance indicator tracking; * Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and JPAIVA’s quality standards. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Management; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; * Excellent communication and decision-making skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is advantageous; * Valid driver’s license.
