We are currently recruiting a Team Leader (M/F) for Sintra for a prestigious client company. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all goods movement, from receipt to dispatch; - Ensure correct operation and monitoring of sorting lines (sorters); - Assist in unloading heavy vehicles whenever workload justifies it; - Verify compliance with internal procedures through audit monitoring; - Plan, coordinate, and distribute daily operational team activities; - Promote warehouse organization, ensuring operational efficiency and optimal use of available space. Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00 Requirements: - Minimum education level equivalent to 12th grade; - Prior experience in logistics or similar roles; - Knowledge and certification for operating material handling equipment are advantageous; - Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a team.
